Rentals can be as short as a week or as long as years, it is up to you. Our representatives will work with you at providing you with a solution that best fits your needs. Each rental cost will be comprised of two parts, the standard rental fee, and the service per month cost. This cost reflects the Western Heavy Equipment Rentals commitment to excellence as we have arrangements with our professional equipment suppliers maintenance departments to service the equipment when it properly should be, not when it get returns. We will monitor and track the hours while it is on your site and it will be serviced on site at the proper intervals, ensuring you have equipment that has been well looked after and maintained for reliability. It is up to you to do daily service such as greasing and inspection.
Renting with us is easy, you can download a rental contract via the website and fax it back to us, along with a proof of insurance from your insurance company for the value of the equipment. Once this has been received at 1-403-724-0153, it will be reviewed by one of our representatives, signed and faxed back to you. You will then be contacted and notified that the equipment is available to be picked up by the transport company of your choice and arrangement. Once the rental is complete, you are then responsible to return it to the same location.
Western Heavy Equipment Rentals is committed to providing you with top quality equipment at competitive prices. In doing so, we expect that the equipment be returned clean, and without damage either mechanical or cosmetic, as our next customer will be as demanding as you are. Any damage will be assessed by our maintenance department and billed back to the rental customer, shortly after return. We know our customers demand the best and only with proper maintenance and attention can we provide top quality equipment.
